Christine has been practicing law for 21 years in the Fresno area.
Christine received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno in speech communication summa cum laude in 1993. In 1997, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year.
Christine began her career as a Deputy Attorney General, in the Criminal Appeals, Writs, and Trials Division. Christine also has a vast range of experience in handling civil and criminal appeals and writs arising from various areas of the law including family law.
Christine’s primary focus is family law. Christine’s business experience makes her particularly adept at dividing assets, including family businesses. Christine has a broad range of litigation experience in areas including family law, agricultural law, business law, premise liability, personal injury including wrongful death, and dissolution of partnerships and corporations.
Christine stays on the cutting-edge of her profession as a Fresno lawyer through memberships in several legal and professional organizations. Among these are the State Bar of California, Fresno County Bar Association, Fresno County Women’s Lawyers, and California Women Lawyers.
Christine understands that issues involving marriage, children, and finances are deeply personal.
